    The soondooboo here is really good - worth 5 stars, but the banchan (side dishes) were lacking. If I could change one thing it would just be to add more banchan! The food did come out pretty quickly, and the service here was great. The server was really busy, and people from different tables were yelling requests at him at random, but he was still very calm and kind in response. The parking here is free - the restaurant is located in the Assi plaza off Old Peachtree Rd / 109. Plus, it's right next to a bubble tea spot - perfect for dessert!

    As a general rule of thumb, I find that most places that have a wait time before you're seated is a good sign. We came here on a random Tuesday night for dinner, and there was still a wait. The food and service was definitely worth it!

    Come on So Gong Dong staff...get it together.   Not sure if the owners are here in the evening but this is the second time we came from an hour to 45 min before their closing time and the staff was already cleaning up for the night and putting chairs on top of the table and sweeping.  The most recent time two workers looked up at us when we entered and just stared for a minute.  Didn't feel welcome at all and when we asked if they are closed (knowing they don't close until 10 pm) she then said for how many people and that we will need to order ASAP.  

    We just decided to leave and take our business elsewhere.  Either change the closing time to an earlier time if you don't want the business.  There are too many options and restaurant choices in the area to tolerate poor customer service and business practice.

    I think this place is one of the best tofu soup places in the area. The side dishes are also some of my favorites. Most importantly, the service here is pretty good.
    Also, this place seems to have a lot more variety in terms of the carbs you can choose to consume with your soup (rice, ramen, flat noodles). Highly recommend!

    Excellent soon Doo bu and Korean restaurant. Conveniently located and the prices are reasonable. Food is tasty and the side dishes are delicious. They give free refills on the side dishes and the portions of the food dishes are generous.  The main dishes are delicious and I am a fan of this restaurant.  
    Overall, I give SGD a 4.2 stars rounded up.  Good stuff.
